Radhika Sales is a leading manufacturer of Honey Bee equipment and boxes since 2004. Having firmly established in the field, Radhika Sales ventured in to expansion of production facility, creating a brand name “HoneyEquip”, an assurance of quality and commitment to the expanding client base.

With its strict adherence to business ethics like honesty and transparency, keeping up with the expanding delivery time schedules, ensuring highest quality products and after sales services, Radhika Sales has carved a niche place among the apiary business environs as a name to be trusted with quality and commitment.

Radhika Sales has started manufacturing entire range of bee keeping boxes and other equipment required by the ever expanding industry. Regularly upgrading the production process by adopting modern technology and innovations in the field.

Backed with a strong team of technical team, including his two sons who are engineering graduates with industrial experience, HoneyEquip is poised to break new grounds in the production and marketing of the products required in the apiary industry.

Since 2004, Radhika Sales have created its own foot print in the industry with its vision, zeal and hard work to create a brand of its own. HoneyEquip, being the brand, is now poised to reach every corner of India, with its eyes on wider markets abroad.

Founder

Mr. M. Raghuveer Shenoy is an entrepreneur par excellence. After his studies, he was looking for an opportunity to build a small business; he found a niche market in apiary business, which was in its infancy. He started manufacturing wooden boxes for bee keeping, in a small shed near his house.
He produced ISI type boxes for enthusiastic farmers who wanted to generate additional income to their agriculture and horticulture products through bee keeping activities.
In 1974, he set up a small manufacturing unit by name “M/s. Shenoy Enterprises at Kallare, Puttur, in Dakshina Kannada. Subsequently, in 1980, he started production of other bee keeping equipment also to support apiary business. To encourage more customers to take up apiary business, he began to supply Honey bee colonies of the species “Apis Carena Indica” which were preferred by most of the apiary owners.

As the business started picking up, with a view to expand business horizons to meet the supply demands, he started a new firm in 2004, by name “Radhika Sales”, Radhika, being his wife’s name. This firm enabled him to expand his business beyond regions based on demands from other parts of the state. He purchased land for expanding his production capacity and also built a large industrial shed with modern equipment and machineries to scale up production and uniformity in design and production and quality adherence.

Radhika Sales is now a well-known name in the business of apiary across several states. The firm is closely associated with the various Govt. departments such as Horticulture, Agriculture, and Forests for expert consultations and supply of quality bee boxes, bee keeping equipment, and honey bee colonies. Many of the Bee- keeping Societies and nurseries seek expert advice and support from the firm, making it a important name to reckon with, in the business of Bee-keeping.
